[NTLK] USA Import/Export of electronics

I alse heard from multiple sources that the Ebay Global Shipping for vintage computer isn’t available anymore.
A lot of people is reporting on different groups and forums, that the items they shipped or they bought were destroyed at the border. 
What is happening?? Very sad.

The TL;DR seems to be that, if you're exporting vintage electronics out of the USA, it *needs* to have clear and detailed customs documentation to have a *chance* of passing through customs without being delayed, returned, or seized.  Seems to definitely be happening to items with vague descriptions like "computer parts" or stated to be non-working.
