[NTLK] USA Import/Export of electronics

UGH.  Thanks for the heads up Victor.  While I haven't bought/sold anything lately that would fit in the category, I often do and good to know (and mention it to the seller if they aren't aware).  But again UGH, this just keeps getting worse and worse. :(
