[NTLK] MP2100 Internals--Original Location of Spacing Piece--Follow Up

I may have answered my own question looking at it one more time . . . there seems to be an open space (sort of a notch) of equal length in the back cover, and I'm guessing that's where it sits.  Gonna be tricky to hold together when putting the back cover on, but it seems likely that's where it goes.
