[NTLK] Did I miss the memo?

On a real Newton (both 2100s, both English), if I remove all power and wait long enough, reverts to a 2008 date and boots normally. Then I am able to the date normally. (one actually reverted to a 1997 date, so I must not have the 2010 patch on that model)

Setting a 2025 date freezes the Newton (although it will still draw pen input on the screen, in weird state!), and rebooting from there will result in the hang during boot.

Aaron.
