Last night, I picked up my MessagePad 2100 (71100) for my nightly
reading and found it on, frozen, and unresponsive with the question-mark
icon in the top-center. It worked fine after reset, so I chalked
it up to a CF storage issues, since I keep my books on a CF card.
I didn't think much of it until this morning when I saw this thread,
but hadn't gotten to check it until now...

Well, it was again on, frozen, and unresponsive with the question-mark
icon in the top-center of the display. I pressed the reset button and
found it now freezes on the boot screen with the question-mark icon in
the top-center. I'll remove the batteries & power for a while to reset
the clock so I can keep reading The Fellowship of the Ring tonight.

Matthias, I'm _very_ glad you were able to reproduce it in Einstein for
further investigation!

I'm glad we at least have a workaround in resetting the clock to a date
prior to today, but was also hoping to have another year before I had
to worry about Y2010 patch issues.
