Knowing that a Watson ROM is not 100% an Apple ROM. In the sense that Shlumberger has introduced code. Lock code only it seems.

The problem with the FR ROM is that we will have to find a Y2010 patch, and a trick to remove the Shlumberger part or to bypass it or disable it. Because you can't install almost anything, starting with NIE...

Switching the language to German is easy since Apple sold German 2x00s, so it’s not all that difficult to come by a German ROM. French, on the other hand, is much more difficult, since you wouldn’t be able to get your hands on a French ROM unless you own a Watson.
