[NTLK] Einstein on Android pre-pre-pre-release

Just to give a little peek, I did a very early release of Einstein on 
Android.

New features are ARM and Intel in 32 and 64 bit in the APK. New features 
compile, but can't be tested yet. Sorry.

Known bugs: it crashes when the display is turned and probably when the 
device goes to sleep. No sound, no UI for Network or PC Crads yet. 
Please be patient with me ;-)
