In addition to what Pawel says, a few years ago (already!) since everything on UNNA is authorized, as far as I know there is no program that doesn't respect the rights, either the Apps are free, or they are in demo or limited version, I had thought about transforming the downloadable content of UNNA into a kind of Apps gallery (the equivalent of a PkgStore or a NewtStore like the Apple App Store and the Google PlayStore) with navigation by themes and icons of the Apps pkg. My project was hesitating on whether to use a simple browser (NewtScape or other) or to write a dedicated App that could remember already loaded/tried/installed/active Apps... I didn't talk about it at the time, it was part of the many Newton projects I imagine without finding the time and without really having all the skills (in programming) to complete it.

But I'm getting away from the subject of this thread, which is more about the hardware part of the Newton, with the possibility of "new" communication ports…

>>> Matthias, Is that mean that we could prepare ‘clean’n'simple’ HTML version of UNNA repositories to upload on this ESP32-web-server, to have direct access via (for example) NewtScape?
>>> Cheers,
>>> Pawel

>> It is even easier to allow browsing in the tree structure on the web server of a folder containing the files (and folders) archived on UNNA.org...
