I created an issue for BasiliskII to enable serial_unix.cpp also for 
macOS, and it was fixed already :) This is still using the regular 
version of the file, not the changes Matthias did (TCP/IP support and 
not hanging on file closure), but it's a first step.

I'm not sure what the release cycles are for BasiliskII, let's see when 
this pops up here:
