Five years ago, I managed to compile BasiliskII on Mac and Windows. I added support for TCP/IP. named pipes, and fixed some serial port stuff IIRC. I never made a pull request for the original though.

This was specifically to make it work with Einstein and MessagePads. Maybe that's the version that you got through Vladislav?
