[NTLK] BasiliskII ports problem

I tried this now with an older BasiliskII version Vladislav was using 
(it shows 6/7 in the icon instead of 7/8), and that worked fine. I 
wonder if there was a change in BasiliskII which caused the problem. 
Unfortunately, both binaries report their version as 1.0.

Additionally, I did not observe BasiliskII hanging when using the PTY 
provided by the REx-based drivers, could also be that this issue was 
fixed at some point in BasiliskII.
