[NTLK] Bootstrap a 2100 using a 110

If I have a perfectly fine MP110, which I can connect to over serial, install packages and so on, is there a way to bootstrap a fresh 2100 using it?

I have a memory card for the 110, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get the .pkg files for the 2100's date fix, NIE, a WiFi card driver etc on to it ?

I've got a Linux computer to hand as well, but no interconnect adapter for the 2100 (yet :) )
