[NTLK] Enhancements to the reverse engineered newton system

[Daniel Parnell]

Hi Everyone,

I have just pushed up the first enhancement to the reverse engineered
Newton ROM.

I added a palm style single stroke handwriting recognition system to it.
It seems to work ok and I am looking into adding other more modern hand
writing recognition systems in at some stage in the future.

Currently I have Claude going through and producing a version of the
code with all known bugs in the ROM fixed. It should be interesting to
see what it comes up with :)
