[NTLK] MP2100 repair, help needed

So leaving them unpowered for a day, plugging in and even then they won't power on?  Or pressing the reset button?  If it was the switch, this would get it going.  This is certainly a mystery.  Are you removing any/all cards then let it set unpowered, then plugging it in?  Also (as I am also sure you know) pressing and holding the reset while having it unpowered will reset the power system.  Or should anyway.  I have got my Newton going once or twice that way after a odd glitch.
