[NTLK] Installing ATA drivers

Thank you Sylvain and Dan,

     Appreciate the information, and it is good to know a full version 
was released.  Always appreciative of the developers that opened up 
their software for Newton users.  Naturally I did once pay for this, but 
helps to have it open now.

     So now I have installed and tinkering away!
