Oh, I see...
You're mixing up your NPDS-HTTP port (3443) and the NPDS-TRACKER port! 

Your port 3443 is for the NPDS “server,” where your website is distributed. 
This is configured in the NPDS-Setup module (in TCP/IP Prefs [PORT: 3445) for you).

And we can access your Newton-NPDS server at this address: 
http://newton.falkensweb.com:3443/html/index.html

Port 3680 is exclusively for communication between TRACKER-SERVERS and [NPDS Tracker] modules on your MP; it has nothing to do with web pages. It is an independent system, like an independent spider web on the web!


So leave 3680 in both PORT fields in the NPDS-Tracker module.
