[NTLK] Flash Storage card issues

IIRC eMates do not support cards over a certain capacity, and those
requiring a certain higher voltage to write (I don't remember the specific
values).

I've had the same thing happen with the 20MB cards I got with my MP2100
back in the day. This is just a quirk of the eMate and no solution was
devised IIRC.
