[NTLK] Disabling 3 am event for OS 2.1 Newtons?

On this topic I wanted to share that so far I have not found anything
that stops the Newton from this insipid sorting of information at 3 am
has not worked.
Best solution I've found to keep from having a dead battery on the eMate
is to keep the eMate on a power supply at night. And this is good as at
3 am every night I hear the eMate power on.
