If by "terminal arm" you mean what is shown in
<https://www.pda-soft.de/2x00_disassembly26large.jpg>, i. e. the thing that
is soldered to the mainboard and is pushed towards the battery tray by the
spring, I doubt that it can be reliably repaired. I'm quite astonished,
though, that it broke in the first place. I haven't ever seen this before.
Were you able to locate the part that's broken off? If you can send us a
link to a picture, please feel free to do so. Or mail it my way directly. It
isn't all that difficult to replace this thing. All you'd need is a
soldering iron that's not too tiny. I can easily send you a replacement from
one of my organ donor boards.
