The Interconnect Plug is a lot harder to make than the internal modem port plug. The Interconnect Port has shielding and used to come with an optional locking mechanism. If we could have between 50 and 100 made, we may be good until 2040.

If you do approach Kensington, I would pay for 50, maybe 100 unless they make them extremely expensive.

and indeed they do. They require some manual work to make the fit well.
