[NTLK] Looking for the Sound2Pkg application

Grant,

Don't wanna sound too obvious, but pretty sure I've ran across that on UNNA
about 1.5 decades ago. It might have been in one of the unsorted
directories.

I definitely do have one of the sounds I made with it back then, but don't
think I have the software, I'll take a look on my NAS and post back if I
find it.
