[NTLK] Looking for the Sound2Pkg application

I am looking for a copy of Sound2Pkg, a Classic Mac application developed by Nobuo Kawaguchi of Nagoya University that could convert Mac OS sound files to Newton packages. There’s a listing for it on an archived version of the Japan Newton Information (JNI) site, but no download link.
