Hi Greg,

Yes, there are 512kB, 256kB, and 128kB memory cards. Usually SRAM cards. I have a few of them. Working great with Newton.

For small notes they can be used, but if you want to keep software on them, then not much software can be stored :) For example the whole NPDS need around 500kB :)

But it is good fun to play with them, as they are usually very fast and can be used to keep some data on them. I keep my diary on one of them :)
