Understood. However, it's a timing thing.

I'm not being dense when I say that they'll eventually change their minds.
Various factors we'll never know currently = “no.” But time changes
everything. What seems like a legal roadblock now ends up being framed as a
timing issue, looking upstream in the future. We had simply asked to soon.
