[NTLK] USBC Rechargeable MP2X00 Batttery

Matthias,

I am thinking 2x 14500 "AA" sized cells will give me just the amount of
space for the USBC circuitry needed.  After some thought and input, I am
abandoning pouch cells for a user replaceable 14500 battery.

I am working on the prototype design this weekend.  I have to setup a
GitHub.  But all parts are readily available from Amazon/AliExpress.

2200MAH at 3.7v is my goal.
