Lithium ion 14xx series cells would work as they are cased cells.  However
capacity may take a potential hit.

I will post and build a GitHub tonight and keep revisions.  I haven't had
too many issues with the pillow cells but I agree.  Since it has to have a
voltage regulator and charge board integrated size is an issue for the
cells.
