[NTLK] 2000/2100 leather case paint

Hi Grant,

It was the one that held the 2000/2100 on one side, then the other side had
a window for business card.  There was a flap that covered spots for
cards.  A little bit bigger than a personal Filofax.

I’ll give that system a go.  Thank you!
