Well, in most countries there are a couple of trustworthy list members, some
of which I know personally.
If we find people willing to forward the dongles in the destination country,
we'd only have one expensive
international shipment and a couple of domestic ones. This would probably
also make Matthias' life easier,
Which he really deserves :-)
