[NTLK] eMate 300 not booting

Hi,

My eMate is having problems booting.

The logic board looks fine however it doesn’t ‘chime’ as it should.

The power adapter is outputting 7.4 so it is getting enough power and all I get is a green light on the power indicator.

I leave it for a while and the screen eventually has black scrolling lines moving across it but never boots.

Any suggestions please.
