Hello Steve,
I thought I had a unlock code for wordbuddy, but I am not finding it at the moment.  BUT I do know how to reset the demo timer:

system soup/userconfiguration/ownersettings ((Xwordbuddy:II:Tactile 2 slots)-delete this slot with 2 further entries in it

system soup/XWord BuddyII:Tactile
timestamp --delete this slot
seednumber --delete this slot

I tried to get the .puz file installed via Newtscape on Einstein and do a screen shot but NIE gave me issues (haven't tried it before with the emulator).  Perhaps you will have better luck.

I will also keep digging for that unlock code, I could have sworn I had one....
