You might want to search the usual suspects for "LTP 190". 

500 of those are currently available at eBay for 30 bucks. That should be
suffice for all battery packs likely to be rebuilt within the next couple of
centuries.

But if you carefully peel this thing of as shown here, you're unlikely to
kill it. Just peel it off, clean the contacts and solder it to the new cell.
