[NTLK] Anyone successful in Registering or contacting Voice Notes App?

Sadly, to my knowledge this isn't possible.  It has come up a few times on the list and no one has been able to contact them (even back in 2009).  If anyone had a hack/bypass to it, they haven't shared (that I have seen anyway).  It is a shame as that was one app I wanted to have in my library as well.
