[NTLK] Components needed to rebuild eMate300 batteries

Hi all,

A friend of mine brought me two eMate300 batteries in really bad shape. 
I have to rebuild them but it's impossible to recover the two electronic components that have to be put back in each new pack. 
Who knows what components can be used to replace them, either identical or equivalent?
