[NTLK] Looking for a package that can scroll notes or text in a single note

Hi experts,

I'm looking for a Newton package that can automatically scroll long notes
with variable speed. Even better would be something that, when installed on
Newton A, can select the next note on Newton B.

Is anybody aware of such an animal?
