[NTLK] [ANN] #newtontalk & #newtonscript IRC channels migrated from Freenode to Libera.chat

Hey all,

I rarely ever see anyone in the #newtontalk or #newtonscript IRC
channels on Freenode, but there's been a recent mass migration from to
Libera.chat (see <https://www.kline.sh/> for the reason). So, I've
migrated both channels to Libera.chat.

If anyone here still uses IRC for real time communication, I welcome
you to join one or both channels. See <https://libera.chat/guides> for
information on connecting to Libera.chat, registering an account, and
joining channels.

I'm also looking for those interested in becoming channel operators with me.
