[NTLK] Getting email working on MP2100 using SimpleMail

While I agree MailV is better than Simple Mail on several levels, if memory serves there is one advantage with Simple Mail: it works with 1x0 newtons such as 130.  Again if I remember right, the heap requirements for MailV are too much for a 1x0 Newton.  And Simple Mail might be too much even for a 120 after you add the Internet stack.  Been a while since I have tried, so again I might be mistaken.
