Here are the particulars you are looking for:

The adapter outputs 7.5 volts DC, 1.2 amps. It looks like a 1/4” barrel cylindrical  connector (just under 1/2” in length) is required—the tip is positive, while the outer shell is negative.

This is for a MessagePad 2x00. I don’t own an eMate—at least, not presently—so I cannot say for certain what is required. It’s been reported that the MP power supply will work: so, there you go.
