[NTLK] Image editing on the eMate 300

Dear Newtoners,

on a whim it entered my head to use my eMate 300 for image editing.

I want to use a JPEG image as the base. So I converted it to a 16 level greymap and scaled it down to 300x153 px. Then converted it to a Quicktime PICT (v2).

So far, so good. But I have questions:
1. Do I now use SLOUP to get the image into Notes on the eMate? How do I do so?
2. Do I need a V1 PICT file for that? But these only support monochrome bitmaps? I have found no way to generate such a file.

Thank you for your help,

Alexander
