Grant listed my name in his reply.
I too know the pain of loss. My son, age 60, died in July. My wife and I are still struggling with that, and the aftermath that goes along with such events.
My son, loved the Newton technology. For that reason, I have being holding on to my Newton collection with the aim of passing it on to him as I approached the end. However, life is never predictable.

First of all, my condolences for your loss.
I remember Rick on the mailing list going back to the early 2000s.
I think the last I heard from him was when he posted on the SONUG (Southern Ontario Newton Users Group) list about Mimi Cippolone passing away in 2017.
