There are "Submit a description" links next to each folder icon and at the
top of folder listings, if no description exists in the database. At least,
there are when browsing via <http://www.unna.org/view.php>, not directly
via <http://www.unna.org/unna/>.

For better or worse, they do require an admin to review & publish, but
still _far_ easier than researching and filling in all the info myself.

There are a couple downsides, including that it doesn't show if there are
any pending, yet unpublished, descriptions. Also, you can't add
descriptions to individual files. Regardless, still extremely helpful.

Sadly, I am _very_ behind on reviewing and publishing new uploads and
submitted descriptions, but I'm working on clearing that this winter.

All that said, I'll see if I can make some time to also patch the search to
include searching file/folder names from 'unnalisting.txt' so it can be
more immediately useful.
