[NTLK] [ANN] UNNA.org will be down temporarily for upgrades

Hey all,

Just a heads up that I'm taking the UNNA.org server virtual machine
down for a backup and some upgrades. The virtual disk ran out of space,
so it's no longer accepting new uploads and such.

Truthfully, most of the disk usage is the local backups of the
Subversion server and website data, so I'm going to be splitting that
into a separate virtual disk to prevent it impacting the website if --
when? -- it runs out of space again in the future.

Some of the data migration can be performed with the server up, so you
may see UNNA.org go up and down several times. I'll reply here when the
work is completed.
