[NTLK] Newton 2000/2100 and NS Basic

Superb!
I'm wondering why NCX 3.0.2 is 18.7 MB and NCX 3.0.3 is 89.8 MB...
Of course, I have plenty of space on my little 8 TB SSD ;-)
Both versions are for Intel processors.
Is there an explanation for this?
