[NTLK] Newton 2000/2100 and NS Basic

Hi folks,

thanks to Simon Bell who gave developers full access to his source code, I was able to compile NCX tonight. That means that I have built the current version of NCX with a modern version of Xcode. This should allow me to fix bugs and recompile for everyone.

As I am not currently a registered Apple developer, I can't sign apps. But it would help me a lot if the bravest of you could download the version below and let me know if they were able to launch NCX, and if it works as expected with a physical MessagePad.

No promises when or if I can fix them, but it helps me to get an overview of the most pressing stuff. The most complex part on my side is getting an Apple Silicon version to compile.
