[NTLK] newton-re : release 002 and 003

Hello, long time newton lurker here, now rejuvenated and re-subscribed, and
testing the amazing newton-re.
I'm on a Samsung laptop running windows 11.

Release 002 was (and still is) working fine, and I have been testing my old
apps.
Release 003 (unpacked into a fresh folder) seems to open and then shut down
without doing anything.
Is it a bug, or is it me ?

I tried using 003 from the newton-windows-x86_64 link:
