[NTLK] Importing .pngs

I've been thinking I wanted to create a AVI backdrop button for more 
apps I tend to use more often.  But how to change the icon?  I have a 
little more of an idea thanks to this thread on what might be involved.  
Maybe even this tool can help.

PS: ELI5 is hard when explaining programming. Let's put it this way. If you want to use graphics in your program, that was previously pretty complicated. Now, all you have to do is write one line to add a png image to your application.
