I remember drooling over the test/prototype units they found with the
built in 12 mb.
8 mb is not bad at all. I am able to have one version of the Bible, a
few other books, a few games, a modplayer, a few mods, internet
utilities and apps, and still have space left over.
But if 15 mb is open on the next release, could be fun.

>/- the original ROM is 8MB fixed. This holds the operating system. />//>/- Einstein adds a ROM extension, another 512k (REx) />//>/- There is short term memory (RAM), which is 1MB on the MP2000 and 4MB
on the MP2100. Einstein currently supports 1MB and 4MB. After Marisa
asked, I checked, found the bug, and enabled 8MB and 15MB which will be
available in the next release. This memory is used while apps are running./
...
>/Conclusion: Current Einstein emulation is fixed at 8MB Flash. It could
probably support 12MB. />//>//>/- Matthias/
