[NTLK] Enhancements to the reverse engineered newton system

The bug fixes are up on github now. Claude did a heap of small commits
and also did the fixes in such a way as to allow the bugs to be restored
at compile time.

As for SDL3 it should be possible to make a new host using it to make
porting easier. My real interest is to have it running well on the
Remarkable Paper Pro. Currently everything is working reasonably well
there, but the hand writing recognition is really flakey there (more so
than I remember on the real device)

It abstracts screen output, settings files, audio, pen input, touch, and much more, so you write once and can compile right away for Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android, RaspberryPi, and more.
