[NTLK] Darkening spot on Newton 2100 screen

Hey all, I think I know the answer to this, but I have a spot on my 
Newton 2100 screen, takes up about a third of it now, that is getting 
darker and darker.  Screen burn perhaps?

Thought I would ask, any way to reverse or treat this short of replacing 
the screen?

I have some other ideas on this, but just wanted to ask some of the 
other experts here.
