[NTLK] NewtCom Dongle power usage figures

In case anyone needs to know, I finally got a USB C power monitor, and so here are shots of usages through the dongle, with and without backlight. PCMCIA storage in one slot, WiFi in the other but wasn't enabled, let me know if you'd like a 3rd measurement :)

Peak was 1 watt, 0.2 amp across about 20 minutes.
