[NTLK] Hammer (Mac) and Debugger Connection (Newton)

This was on my list to reply to actually, but then I went on a few days'
vacation in the snow-bound Canadian wilderness (not really, but I did
disconnect for a few days)
Matthias posted a good summary of how to set things up, and

as well.
When you open Hammer on the Mac, you need to load the correct debugger
ROM image. This should be called "Senior CirrusNoDebug" and was
originally provided publically in the Lantern DDK. You can't skip this
part.
I recall having to select the correct port on the Mac first, and also
having to install the Debugger Connection package onto the Newton and
starting it instead of the Dock app. You didn't mention what app you
were starting on the Newton side ...
